Job description
Responsibilities of the IBM Sterling Integrator Analyst - Managed File Transfer:
- Design, configure, and support integration workflows within the IBM Sterling platform
- Configure and maintain secure file transfer connections and partner integrations
- Develop and support BPML business processes, adapters, services, and communication profiles
- Troubleshoot production issues related to file transfers, connectivity, and integration processing
- Perform platform maintenance activities including certificate management, security updates, and performance optimization
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to support reliable and secure enterprise integrations
Requirements

- 4+ years of experience in application support, systems integration, software development, or related IT environments
- Hands-on experience with IBM Sterling B2B Integrator (SI)
- Experience developing and supporting BPML workflows and integration processes
- Strong knowledge of secure file transfer protocols including SFTP, HTTPS, AS2, AWS S3, and Connect:Direct
- Experience onboarding trading partners and configuring secure connectivity solutions
- Working knowledge of certificates, encryption, SSH/PGP keys, and TLS protocols
- Linux/Unix administration experience with Shell or Perl scripting skills
- Strong troubleshooting and production support experience within enterprise integration environments
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field preferred; equivalent experience considered
Preferred Skills/Experience of the IBM Sterling Integrator Analyst - Managed File Transfer:
- Experience with IBM Sterling File Gateway (SFG), Secure Proxy (SSP), MyFileGateway (MFG), or Sterling Control Center (SCC)
- Experience developing ITX mappings for EDI X12, XML, flat files, or datasets
- Performance tuning and system administration experience within IBM Sterling environments
- Database query and log analysis experience for troubleshooting and monitoring
- Ability to communicate effectively with technical teams, business users, and external partners
- Strong organizational, analytical, and documentation skills

- Disability insurance, Work Location: Hybrid schedule with onsite work Tuesday through Thursday and additional onsite support as needed in Columbia, SC. Standard business hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM, with limited on-call rotation and occasional after-hours support requirements.
