Job description
The HighJump WMS Implementation Specialist at FW Logistics is responsible for leading the design, configuration, and rollout of the HighJump Warehouse Management System across FW's warehouse network, ensuring the system aligns with real-world 3PL operations and customer requirements. This role partners closely with warehouse leadership, IT, and operations teams to translate processes such as receiving, inventory control, picking, packing, and shipping into effective WMS workflows, manages testing and go-live support, trains end users to drive adoption, and provides ongoing optimization and troubleshooting to improve accuracy, efficiency, and scalability across dry, food-grade, and temperature-controlled facilities., * Lead end-to-end HighJump WMS implementations, including discovery, configuration, testing, go-live, and post-launch support
- Partner closely with warehouse operations, IT, and leadership to translate operational requirements into functional WMS solutions
- Configure HighJump workflows for receiving, put-away, inventory control, picking, packing, shipping, and reporting
- Manage data mapping, system integrations, and interface testing with ERP, TMS, and customer systems
- Develop and execute UAT (User Acceptance Testing) plans and resolve defects prior to go-live
- Train supervisors, leads, and end users to ensure strong system adoption and process compliance
- Provide on-site support during implementations and go-live periods as required
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and system optimization post-implementation
- Create and maintain SOPs, training documentation, and system configuration records
- Act as a subject-matter expert (SME) for HighJump, supporting ongoing enhancements and troubleshooting
Requirements
Do you have experience in Warehousing technology implementation?, * 3+ years of hands-on experience implementing or supporting HighJump WMS (Korber / HighJump)
- Strong understanding of warehouse operations in a 3PL environment
- Experience working in food-grade, temperature-controlled, or regulated warehouse environments preferred
- Ability to bridge the gap between technical systems and real-world warehouse operations
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to work cross-functionally
- Willingness to travel to FW Logistics facilities as needed, * Experience with multi-site WMS rollouts
- Exposure to integrations with ERP, TMS, or EDI systems
- Prior experience supporting change management and operational training
- Familiarity with RF devices, barcode scanning, and warehouse automation
