Quality Assurance Technician

A Quality Assurance (QA) Technician ensures that manufactured products or systems meet specified standards and are free of defects. They create inspection plans and procedures, inspect materials, run tests, and document results to prevent issues before goods reach the consumer.

Core Responsibilities

• Product Testing & Inspection: Conducting visual, dimensional, and functional tests on products using tools like calipers, micrometers, or CMM (Coordinate Measuring Machines).
• Documentation & Reporting: Creating and implementing quality assurance plans, logging inspection results, detailing defects, and drafting non-conformance reports.
• Compliance: Ensuring products adhere to company, industry, and safety regulations.
• Continuous Improvement: Assisting production teams to identify the root causes of quality issues and implementing corrective actions.

Do you have experience in Productivity software?, Do you have a High school diploma or GED?, * Strong attention to detail and analytical skills

• Proficiency with measurement tools and quality control software
• Strong verbal and written communication skills for reporting findings
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Ability to perform repetitive inspection tasks
• Strong visual ability to inspect small components and identify defects, * GED or high school diploma required
• One or more years of experience in QA or a similar field
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Excel and Word
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications preferred
• Background in or interest in manufacturing or engineering is a plus
• Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus, * High school or equivalent (Preferred)

• Quality assurance: 1 year (Preferred)
