Systems Analyst

• Conduct comprehensive system analysis for Windows and Linux operating systems within diverse network environments including NIPRNET, SIPRNET, and others.
• Offer exceptional IT help desk support, quickly resolving issues to maintain consistent operational efficiency.
• Oversee the management and maintenance of a broad spectrum of IT computing systems, ensuring their optimal functionality and security. This includes desktops, laptops, tablets, high-end scientific workstations, mobile devices, and VTCs.
• Provide comprehensive system administration services, encompassing setup, maintenance, troubleshooting, VTC operations, and cybersecurity measures across TRAC's various networks.
• Ensure systems are up to date by implementing critical software updates and security patches, covering over 100 virtual machines and 750+ computing devices.
• Actively collaborate with cybersecurity and technical teams to strengthen system security and uphold compliance standards, including firmware updates, cybersecurity reporting, and software enhancements.

Do you have experience in Network support?, Do you have a Bachelor's degree?, * Proven experience with Windows and Linux operating systems.

• Strong understanding of IT help desk support and system administration.
• Ability to work efficiently in a team environment.
• Required Certifications: Windows Computing Environment (CE) or Operating Systems (OS) are Windows 10, or Microsoft Modern Desktop, or a future version of these CE/OS, and Security+ or higher.
• Must possess a secret security clearance and a favorable Tier 3 (T3) Investigation is essential.
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field is preferred.
• Experience working at TRAC preferred.
