Job description
- Troubleshooting software and hardware via phone, email, and remote login
- Becoming a product expert and staying current with new developments
- Training and orienting end users and students
- Assisting with software testing and quality assurance
- Contributing to a positive, team-oriented culture
Requirements
Do you have a valid Driver's License license?, Do you have experience in Windows?, You enjoy solving problems, helping people, and learning new technology. You're available to work full-time (40 hours/week) onsite in Stuart, FL, with flexible availability including nights and weekends., * Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills
- Strong grammar and writing ability (technical writing is a plus)
- Comfortable learning and supporting innovative software
- Familiar with Windows 11
- Reliable vehicle and valid driver's license
