Scrum Master

We are seeking an experienced Scrum Master to facilitate Agile Scrum processes and guide daily activities across operational and project teams. This role is responsible for supporting collaboration, efficiency, accountability, and continuous improvement while ensuring the successful delivery of high-quality solutions., + Facilitate Scrum activities including daily stand-up meetings, sprint planning, sprint reviews, backlog refinement, and sprint retrospectives.

• Ensure teams follow Scrum framework and Agile principles.

• Remove impediments impacting team progress and delivery.

• Promote continuous improvement through retrospectives and feedback sessions.

• Communicate project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders.

• Track KPIs and support teams in delivering high-quality products and solutions on time.

• Collaborate with product owners, stakeholders, and development teams to ensure work progresses on schedule, within budget, and to the desired level of quality.

• Serve as a coach and mentor to foster a culture of continuous improvement and consistent achievement of team objectives.

• 3+ years of experience as a Scrum Master.

• 3+ years of experience with Azure DevOps.

• 3+ years of experience leading Scrum ceremonies.

• 3+ years of experience with DB querying and programming.

• 3+ years of experience with Agile project management tools.

• 3+ years of experience with hybrid project management methodologies (Agile combined with Waterfall).

• Strong knowledge of Agile Scrum principles and practices.

• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

• Bachelor's degree (field of study open; degree must be complete and verifiable).

Preferred Qualifications

• Certified Scrum Master (CSM) certification or Professional Scrum Master (PSM) certification.

• Government experience.

• ERP experience.
