Job description
- Define requirements for test equipment of space payloads
- Design test system architecture to ensure robust operations
- Implement test capability on hardware
- Integrate electrical, optical and mechanical systems in addition to engineering units and space payloads
- Create test plans for test suite validation
- Conduct test equipment validation
- Support test equipment through payload testing completion
Requirements
- Typically requires a bachelor's degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM)
- Typically requires a minimum 2 years relevant experience
- Experience with LabView and TestStand
- Experience with product design lifecyle
- Experience with Independent Verification & Validation (IV&V)
Qualifications We Prefer
- Bachelor of Science in Electrical or Computer Engineering
- Experience with LabVIEW and TestStand software as a developer
- Experience validating test equipment
- Experience creating test plans for test suite validation
- Existing active Top Secret clearance
- Experience working in a classified environment to include Special Access Programs
Benefits & conditions
The salary range for this role is 75,800 USD - 144,200 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
