Job description

  • Define requirements for test equipment of space payloads
  • Design test system architecture to ensure robust operations
  • Implement test capability on hardware
  • Integrate electrical, optical and mechanical systems in addition to engineering units and space payloads
  • Create test plans for test suite validation
  • Conduct test equipment validation
  • Support test equipment through payload testing completion

Requirements

  • Typically requires a bachelor's degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM)
  • Typically requires a minimum 2 years relevant experience
  • Experience with LabView and TestStand
  • Experience with product design lifecyle
  • Experience with Independent Verification & Validation (IV&V)

Qualifications We Prefer

  • Bachelor of Science in Electrical or Computer Engineering
  • Experience with LabVIEW and TestStand software as a developer
  • Experience validating test equipment
  • Experience creating test plans for test suite validation
  • Existing active Top Secret clearance
  • Experience working in a classified environment to include Special Access Programs

Benefits & conditions

The salary range for this role is 75,800 USD - 144,200 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
