Data Analyst

In this role, you will analyze business performance across e-commerce, manufacturing, logistics, and marketing operations to help drive strategic decision making. You will work cross functionally with leadership, operations, marketing, and technology teams to identify trends, improve processes, and support scalable growth initiatives., Collect, analyze, and interpret data from multiple business systems including e-commerce platforms, inventory systems, marketing platforms, and operational databases.

Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations to support business decision making and performance tracking.

Identify trends, patterns, and operational insights that improve efficiency, profitability, and customer experience.

Collaborate with cross functional teams to support forecasting, inventory planning, pricing analysis, and operational optimization initiatives.

Monitor key business metrics and provide regular reporting to leadership teams.

Assist in analyzing marketing campaign performance, customer behavior, and conversion trends to support growth initiatives.

Work with technical teams to ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across systems.

Support ad hoc analysis requests and provide actionable recommendations based on findings.

Contribute to data automation and process improvement initiatives that increase reporting efficiency and scalability.

Do you have experience in SQL?, Do you have a Bachelor's degree?, The ideal candidate is analytical, detail oriented, and eager to grow within a fast paced, high growth environment while helping build a strong data driven culture across the organization., Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Information Systems, Business Analytics, or a related field.

Minimum 2 - 3 years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or analytics related roles, ideally within e-commerce, operations, or high growth environments.

Strong proficiency in SQL and Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets for data analysis and reporting.

Experience with business intelligence and visualization tools such as Looker Studio, Tableau, Power BI, or similar platforms.

Familiarity with e-commerce, marketing, or operational datasets and KPIs.

Basic understanding of databases, data structures, and data integration concepts.

Experience working with large datasets and translating findings into actionable business insights.

Strong analytical thinking and problem solving skills with high attention to detail.

Ability to communicate technical findings clearly to both technical and non technical stakeholders.

Experience with Python, R, or cloud data platforms (Google Cloud preferred) is a plus.

Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast paced environment while maintaining accuracy and organization., * Bachelor's (Required)
