Job description

We are looking for a dynamic Helpdesk Engineer 2 who shares our commitment and believes in the value of communication and client interaction. As a Helpdesk Engineer 2/Senior Help Desk Engineer, you will:

  • Provide Level 2 - 3 support on-site in a primarily Microsoft environment at our client site;
  • Assist with systems administration and projects; and
  • Document and post procedures.

Authorized to work for an employer in the US. We are unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment visa at this time.

Helpdesk Engineer 2 Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Supports operational and technical functions at our client sites;
  • Evaluates customer generated requirements and works with the client to ensure the implementation meets the clients' needs;
  • Prepares operational and technical documentation; and
  • Performs other duties and assists with special projects as needed.

Requirements

Do you have experience in Technical writing within technology?, * At least five years of IT related customer service experience in a helpdesk or call center setting;

  • Solid understanding and troubleshooting skills of desktop and laptop OS's, general applications, anti-virus software, Office 365, printers, TCP/IP and communications protocols;
  • Strong technical writing skills; and
  • Authorized to work for any employer in the US. We are unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment visa at this time.
