Our cross-border DevOps-team consists of highly skilled professionals, working with the latest proven industry standard technologies.

Our tech stack:

  • Terraform

Your tasks:

  • Design, build, and operate highly available, secure, and compliant cloud infrastructure in a 24/7 production environment
  • Automate infrastructure provisioning and lifecycle management using Infrastructure as Code (IaC)
  • Operate and continuously improve Kubernetes-based platforms with a strong focus on reliability, scalability, security, and observability
  • Implement and maintain GitOps- and Continuous Delivery-based workflows for infrastructure and applications
  • Support and evolve continuous delivery processes, including progressive delivery approaches (e.g. canary, blue-green)
  • Ensure operational excellence in a regulated market, including logging, monitoring, auditability, security controls, and cost transparency
  • Collaborate closely with DevOps- and agile Dev-teams to enable smooth CI/CD workflows and fast, safe releases
  • Participate in shift & on-call rotations and incident response, contributing to post-incident reviews and continuous improvement
  • Actively use AI-agents and well-structured specifications/context to increase engineering efficiency and reduce operational toil

After all, we value the exchange of ideas, being there for each other and encouraging continuous improvement - we call it: the exchange mindset!

  • Ability to work effectively in agile, cross-functional teams
  • Proactive mindset with a strong sense of ownership and responsibility
  • Efficient and thoughtful usage of AI tools and agents, including clear specification writing and effective context handling, is a strong advantage

Nice to have:

  • Knowledge of compliant authentication and authorization mechanisms (e.g. OAuth / OIDC)
  • Understanding of encryption concepts (data in transit, data at rest, key management)
