Job description
IT is responsible to maintain following environments, among other things, the SAP Public Cloud System, the Microsoft environment (Entra ID, Intune, Microsoft 365, Security & Compliance), and network technology (LAN/WAN, firewalls, VPN, site connectivity) via the server infrastructure (Windows/Linux, virtualization, storage, backup).

What are your tasks
· Providing first- and second-level support
· Serving as the point of contact for employees regarding IT issues and user questions
· Setting up, supporting, and maintaining workstations, laptops, printers, and mobile devices
· User and access management (e.g., Microsoft 365 / Entra ID)
· Collaboration on IT projects (e.g., digitization, automation, IT security, SAP, SharePoint)
· Maintenance of IT documentation and process descriptions
· Gradual assumption of responsibility in a specialized area based on personal strengths and interests
Requirements
Do you have experience in Windows?, A position for a junior candidate who wants to learn on the job., First, you have a strong desire to learn about the IT field, or, if you already have experience and knowledge, to further develop your skills.
· Completed vocational training or a degree in IT or a comparable qualification
· Solid basic knowledge of IT (e.g., Windows, Microsoft 365, networks)
· A strong willingness to learn and interest in professional development
· A structured, reliable, and service-oriented approach to work
· Good communication skills and team spirit
· Very good English language skills; German skills are a plus
· Willingness to work at both locations, as well as possession of a valid driver's license and personal transportation
· Candidates must hold a valid work permit to work in the Netherlands and Germany. We do not assist with visa applications and are not accredited to do so
