Job description
In this position you will provide end-user support by troubleshooting technical issues and ensuring the efficient, reliable operation of company computers and IT infrastructure. Further you would administer and maintain core IT systems-including servers, SAN storage, network infrastructure, databases, and enterprise solutions such as Microsoft Exchange, Zabbix, Windows Server, and SCCM-while ensuring systems are regularly updated and optimized. You would also be required to support ongoing system maintenance, contribute to IT infrastructure discussions, and deliver insights and recommendations to enhance performance and overall operations.
Characterization of activities
- Monitor, track, and report on maintenance activities to ensure optimal system reliability and performance.
- Perform continuous maintenance of applications and systems to support stable and efficient operations.
- Contribute to the key user community by sharing expertise and promoting best practices within the infrastructure domain.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives and implement proactive measures to enhance system performance and daily operations.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of system changes, solutions, and processes.
- Provide high-quality user support and manage technical solutions and projects, ensuring delivery within scope, timeline, and quality standards.
Requirements
Do you have experience in vSphere?, Do you have a Bachelor's degree?, * Bachelor's degree (HBO or equivalent) in IT or a related field.
- Solid understanding of Active Directory and system administration.
- Experience with VMware vSphere, SQL Server and network configuration.
- Strong communication skills in English, with a solution- and service-oriented mindset.
- Familiarity with Azure, Microsoft certifications, or enterprise platforms is a plus.
- Experience with Dell Storage or working in a production environment is an advantage.
