Job description
We're looking for a Content & Visual Designer who doesn't just "make things look nice" - but knows how to turn ideas into content that people actually want to engage with. You'll be the creative engine behind multiple subsidiary companies, shaping how we show up across digital platforms through visuals, video, and storytelling.
If you're someone who spots content opportunities everywhere, enjoys bringing structure to creative chaos, and can balance speed with quality - you'll fit right in., * Own the creation of visual and digital content across MASB Group and it's subsidiary companies, from concept to final output.
- Translate business ideas, services, and real-world stories into clear, engaging, and on-brand content.
- Produce a mix of static and motion content, including social posts, short-form videos, and marketing materials.
- Adapt content intelligently across platforms (social media, website, internal use, and print) without losing impact.
- Work closely with internal teams to turn briefs (and sometimes vague ideas) into polished creative assets.
- Keep everything visually consistent, organised, and easy for the wider team to access and reuse.
- Stay curious - spot trends, moments, and opportunities to create content that feels relevant and timely.
- Continuously refine content based on what performs, not just what looks good.
Requirements
Do you have experience in Digital design?, * Proven experience in content creation and visual design, ideally across multiple brands or projects
- Strong design instinct - you understand what works visually and why (layout, typography, composition)
- Comfortable creating both graphics and short-form video content
- Confident using Canva and/or Adobe tools (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro or similar)
- Able to manage your own workload, prioritise effectively, and deliver at pace without constant direction
- A practical, hands-on approach - you execute ideas, not just talk about them
- Bonus if you have experience creating content in professional services, legal, or multi-business environments
Key Competencies
- Proactive and observant - you don't wait to be told what to create
- Consistent - you can produce high-quality content regularly, not just one-off pieces
- Adaptable - open to feedback and comfortable iterating quickly
- Detail-focused - you care about alignment, spacing, and the small things that elevate design

Who are we?
Muse Group began life as Ultimate Guitar, the largest online global community of musicians. Eugeny Naidenov founded Ultimate Guitar in 1998, with a dream to make it easy for guitarists to play songs by Guns ‘N’ Roses and his other favorite rockers. From there, the site grew from a plucky, tab-sharing trailblazer into a global leader of online music publishing.
In 2017, Ultimate Guitar acquired MuseScore, expanding its reach into sheet music. Muse Group has only continued to grow from there — and now includes Audacity, StaffPad and many more.
In 2023, Muse Group acquired Hal Leonard, the legendary global sheet music publishers, adding an unparalleled music catalog and educational expertise to the team.
Today, we are an international, visionary team of creatives, music lovers and audio obsessives, developing products we could not live without.
