Job description
As our IT Support Specialist, you will be the core guardian of our digital environments. You won't just be closing tickets; you'll be troubleshooting complex hardware and software issues, optimizing cloud ecosystems, and ensuring that our internal operations and external client systems run flawlessly., * Advanced Troubleshooting: Diagnose, investigate, and resolve 1st to 2nd-line hardware, software, network, and infrastructure issues for both local and remote users.
- Cloud & Infrastructure Management: Maintain and optimize core cloud platforms (Microsoft 365, Azure, Google Workspace) and internal network configurations (VPNs, firewalls, routing).
- Cybersecurity Support: Manage user permissions, enforce security protocols, and ensure system backups and anti-malware tools are active and uncompromised.
- Deployment & Asset Tracking: Set up, configure, and patch new laptops, workstations, and peripherals, maintaining an accurate IT asset inventory.
- Proactive Improvement: Spot systemic tech bottlenecks and recommend innovative hardware or software upgrades to elevate team productivity.

Requirements
Do you have experience in macOS?, * 2+ years of experience in an IT Support, Technical Helpdesk, or Systems Support role.
- Strong proficiency operating across Windows and macOS environments.
- Hands-on administration experience with Microsoft 365, Azure, Active Directory, or AWS.
- Solid understanding of core networking principles (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, Lan/Wan).
- Recognized IT certifications (e.g., CompTIA Network+/Security+, Microsoft Certified Associate) are highly desirable.
