What We Are Looking For

Technical Skills

We do not expect you to tick every box. But we do expect you to bring genuine strength across at least two of the following, and the curiosity to expand beyond them:

• AWS - cloud infrastructure, deployment, and management.
• Development skills in TypeScript and JavaScrips.
• Google Analytics - tracking, reporting, and insight.
• SEO - technical and strategic.
• Workato or Make - integration and workflow automation platforms.
• Claude (Anthropic) - practical AI implementation and prompt engineering.

Do you have experience in TypeScript?, The technical skills can be taught. The qualities below cannot - and they are non-negotiable:

• Intellectually sharp, fast to grasp new concepts, and always looking for a smarter way.
• You care about the quality of what you produce and sweat the details that others miss.
• Clear and confident - written and verbal with the ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong troubleshooting instincts, with the tenacity to chase a problem all the way to resolution.

Business Acumen

We want someone who understands that technology is a means, not an end. You will need to grasp not just the tools, but also what our business is, how it creates value, and how to implement technology and AI in a way that genuinely moves us forward.
