Requirements

Do you have experience in Web development?, A few things you probably need to know… You ideally need a minimum of 2 years development experience in an agency environment or as a seasoned freelancer, a passion for the latest web techniques and ideas to push the team forward.

Skills to pay the bills

  • A strong experience in HTML5 and CSS3/SASS/Tailwind and JavaScript
  • Working knowledge of PHP
  • Development of extended functionality for CMS systems (i.e WordPress)
  • Experience with cPanel and source control (e.g. GIT)
  • Knowledge with e-commerce development (e.g. WooCommerce)
  • Knowledge of Adobe CC (Photoshop, XD) or Figma
  • Accurately translate web designs into elegant digital experiences
  • Ability to work in an agile development environment
  • Strong understanding of UX/UI and cross-browser compatibility
  • Self-motivated, organised, detail orientated and willing to be challenged
  • Excellent communication skills (oral and written)
  • A good understanding of SEO best-practice
  • Good problem solver and logical thinker

It would also be great (but not essential) if you had knowledge of:

  • Experience with PHP frameworks (e.g. Laravel)
  • Experience with Vue or React
  • Experience with MySQL
