Internal Technical & Customer Service

Trucut Ltd are seeking an Internal Technical & Customer Service person for our team. This role involves providing support to customers and external sales teams through technical expertise and outstanding service. This is a hybrid role that will require some Engineering Metalcutting knowledge and understanding of cutting tools. You will be responsible for managing technical queries, quoting and processing customer enquiries and orders. This position offers an excellent opportunity for individuals with strong organisational skills and a passion for technology and customer engagement. Will need a willingness to learn application of tooling and the use of our cloud based Odoo ERP system.

Main Duties

• Respond promptly and professionally to customer enquiries via phone and email ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Provide technical support related to our products and services, troubleshooting issues efficiently and effectively.
• Organise schedules and prioritise tasks effectively to meet deadlines.
• Support external sales team with rapid quoting for customer requirements.

Do you have experience in Time management?, * Experience in customer service role with a focus on client satisfaction.

• Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
• Good understanding of IT systems and troubleshooting techniques.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• Effective time management skills to prioritise workload in a fast-paced environment.
