Job description

We're seeking an experienced, forward-thinking Enterprise Systems Senior Manager to shape the future of technology across our charity. In this strategic, hands-on role, you will oversee critical enterprise systems, lead operational delivery, manage key supplier relationships, and work with senior leaders across the organisation to ensure technology supports and strengthens our impact.

Reporting to our Head of Data and Technology, our successful candidate will lead a small specialist team, alongside a range of outsourced partners, with responsibility for enterprise systems operations, continuous improvement, and strategic development across Woodgreen. They will play a key role in ensuring that our systems are secure, reliable, integrated and aligned to business need whilst also helping to drive innovation and long-term technology planning.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys balancing operational leadership, stakeholder engagement and strategic thinking within a purpose-driven environment. Acting as a trusted partner, helping teams to maximise the value of technology and systems across the charity, you will work closely with members of our Leaders' Forum to understand business needs and provide expert systems guidance across all areas.

Requirements

Do you have experience in Leadership?, * Substantial experience leading enterprise systems functions across complex environments, with a strong track record of delivering operational excellence and technology change over multiple planning cycles.

  • Experience leading enterprise systems across cloud and on-premise environment
  • Strong people leadership and stakeholder management skills
  • Experience managing outsourced service providers and technology partners
  • A collaborative and business-focused approach
  • Experience delivering technology projects and operational improvements
  • Strong understanding of enterprise applications, integrations and service delivery

  • Company pension, This full time, permanent opportunity will operate in a hybrid working environment and although much of it can be done remotely our successful candidate must be able to attend our offices near Godmanchester, Cambridgeshire (PE29 2NH) for an average of 2-3 times per month.

The starting salary for this position is £46,876 - £57,293 per annum depending on experience. This is complemented by;

  • 36 days annual leave per year (inclusive of bank holidays) rising by 1 day each year to a maximum of 40 days after five years
