","responsibilities":"Lead infrastructure deployments across Windows and Linux platforms, virtual and bare-metal.

Lead, monitor, and optimize our large-scale VDI and virtualization platforms, ensuring high availability, security, and scalability.

Solve complex cross-platform issues and act as the final decision point for support teams.

Administer the backend infrastructure, user environment tools, and underlying hardware platforms.

Collaborate across teams (networking, storage, HPC, app development) to drive operational excellence.

Evaluate new tools and emerging technologies to improve service delivery.

Mentor junior engineers and promote operational standards.

Requirements

Do you have experience in vCenter?, Expert-level skills in VMware vSphere/ESXi, with hands-on experience across other hypervisors including Hyper-V, KVM, and OpenStack.

Solid understanding of storage protocols (NFS, SMB, etc.) and familiarity with NetApp or similar enterprise storage platforms.

Experience working in multi-site and global infrastructure teams., Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or 5+ years of equivalent industry experience.

3+ years of experience supporting enterprise infrastructure and hyper-converged environments.

Proficiency in VMware vSphere/ESXi, with hands-on experience across other hypervisors including Hyper-V, KVM, and OpenStack.

Proficiency with vCenter / ESXi administration and full VM lifecycle management.

Strong proficiency in both Windows Server (Active Directory, GPO, DNS/DHCP) and Linux (Red Hat/CentOS, Ubuntu) administration.

Experience with vGPU configurations and management.

Skilled in golden image creation, optimization, and patch management.

Experience with application virtualization technologies (e.g., AppVol, Liquidware).

Experience with server hardware management using iLO / iDRAC / ILOM interfaces, including firmware updates and hardware diagnostics.

Understanding of network services, DNS architecture, fire-walling, and secure remote access tools (SSH, RDP, IPMI, etc.)
