IT Manufacturing Project Manager

Lead SDLC-aligned project activities, ensuring compliance with documentation, testing, validation, and release processes.

-Ensure that existing project plans are followed and updated, identifying and mitigating risks to scope, schedule, and deliverables.

-Coordinate with vendors to install and configure applications, troubleshoot issues, and conduct technical working sessions

-Develop, maintain, and manage detailed, resource-loaded Microsoft Project schedules, ensuring reliable and realistic timelines across multiple workstreams.

-Apply GxP knowledge to ensure system implementation and validation meets regulatory and quality requirements.

-Demonstrate the ability to -zoom in and zoom out--moving fluidly between strategy, stakeholder management, and hands-on problem solving.

Must have 7+ years of related professional experience and at least 3 years of Project Lead, Project Management or Project coordination experience

-Must have experience with GXP and SDLC

-Experience in a manufacturing systems environment is highly preferred

Education:

• Bachelor-s or Master-s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.

This role may be eligible for other compensation including variable compensation, bonus, or commission. Full time regular employees are eligible for paid time off, medical/dental/vision insurance, 401(k), and any other benefits to eligible employees.
