Job description
- Oversee daily IT infrastructure operations including incident management, problem management, change management, vulnerability management, and monitoring
- Manage and support enterprise infrastructure including physical/virtual servers, networking, backups, storage, phone systems, and help desk operations
- Troubleshoot and resolve critical infrastructure issues with high urgency and ownership
- Support network upgrades, hardware implementations, infrastructure repairs, and system enhancements
- Monitor infrastructure performance and maintain operational metrics/ticketing systems
- Collaborate with vendors for procurement, implementation, and support coordination
- Develop, maintain, and enforce IT security policies and operational procedures
- Lead cybersecurity awareness and training initiatives for end users
- Support IT audits, documentation, disaster recovery, and compliance activities
- Work in a hybrid environment supporting business continuity across multiple locations

Requirements

5+ years of hands-on IT Infrastructure Operations experience

Strong experience managing enterprise networking, servers, storage, backups, and help desk support
