Job description

If you're currently in a senior IT leadership role where you're still close to the detail, still solving real problems, and still influencing direction but you're starting to feel like you want more ownership, more visibility, and more say in how IT is shaping the wider business, this could be a strong next step. This role suits someone who enjoys being both strategic and operational, not removed from delivery, but close enough to it that you can genuinely influence outcomes. You'll be joining a business where IT is already part of the senior conversation, not an afterthought, and where you'll have direct access to the executive team to shape priorities, investment, and a long-term digital roadmap. At the same time, this isn't a "boardroom-only" role you'll still be close enough to the infrastructure, systems, and team to understand what's really happening day-to-day and step in where needed. If you like environments where you can see the impact of your decisions quickly, influence change across a wider business, and lead both people and technology, this will likely feel like a natural fit., We're supporting a well-established UK organisation with a multi-site footprint to appoint a senior IT Manager responsible for ownership of IT across the group.
