This is a broad leadership role sitting just under executive level, accountable for both the strategic direction and operational delivery of IT, infrastructure, and systems. You'll lead a small internal IT team and act as the key point of accountability for IT across the business., Lead IT across a multi-site UK organisation Own and deliver the IT and digital strategy roadmap Manage and develop a small IT team Oversee infrastructure, service delivery, and operational IT Act as escalation point for key technical issues where required Work closely with senior leadership on budgeting and investment planning Drive improvements in data, reporting, and system integration Support ongoing transformation across core business systems (including ERP environments) Influence and gain buy-in across operational and leadership stakeholders Contribute to wider automation and digital improvement initiatives What You'll Likely Bring
Requirements
