About the role: This role focuses on delivering tailored onboarding solutions for new business customers using the RiskNarrative Digital Onboarding & Financial Crime platform. You will act as a trusted advisor, combining platform configuration expertise with technical guidance, including supporting clients' technical teams through API integration and development.Working closely with Client Directors and stakeholders, you will gather and translate requirements into effective solutions, provide training and strategic insight, and help shape customers' financial crime approaches. The role balances hands-on configuration with technical collaboration, ensuring a seamless onboarding experience and excellent customer service throughout the full lifecycle. Responsibilities:Delivering bespoke onboarding requirements of new business customers to the RiskNarrative Digital Onboarding & Financial Crime platformUsing your expertise in RiskNarrative's product suite to provide valuable insight and guidance to customers. Presenting, analysing, problem solving, training and configuring the RiskNarrative platformWorking closely with the Client Director on dedicated customer accounts to offer a pro-active and excellent customer serviceWorking closely with customers to develop financial crime strategies. Configuring the RiskNarrative platform in a way that will best enable customers to achieve their objectivesGathering client requirements by asking the right questions. Documenting details to configure our systems whilst liaising with internal and external stakeholdersSupporting and guiding business customers through the full lifecycle of onboarding, meeting timescale requirements

Requirements:Experience of implementing & configuring bespoke customer SaaS productsDemonstrate knowledge of using REST API for integrating SaaS platforms, familiar with JSON, XML & WebhooksHave financial Crime knowledge/experience as an analyst, investigator or similar in at least one of the below areas; Application Fraud, Transaction Fraud, KYC, AML, Data or CreditDemonstrate excellent teamwork and verbal and written communication skills. Ability to work closely with customers at all levels, investigator to C SuiteHave ability to handle multiple streams of work simultaneouslyShow ability to meet deadlines to meet client performance guarantees and service level agreements while delivering exceptional customer service
