Job description
As our IT Support Specialist, you'll spend your day bridging the gap between technical problem-solving and customer confidence, starting with device intake and clear front-desk communication before diving into hands-on diagnostics and repairs. You'll troubleshoot hardware and software issues, install and configure operating systems and applications, and perform upgrades or system builds with precision. Along the way, you'll carefully document your work, prioritize repair tickets, support data backup and recovery needs, maintain an organized workspace, collaborate with fellow technicians, and occasionally assist with on-site hardware support, ensuring every customer interaction ends with trust, and every system leaves working better than before.
