We are seeking an IT Support Specialist to provide technical assistance, troubleshoot IT issues, and ensure smooth operation of systems and networks. This role requires a proactive professional with strong technical knowledge, problem-solving skills, and the ability to deliver timely support to employees and clients. The IT Support Specialist will play a key role in maintaining The7tiers BV's reputation for excellence in IT services., * Provide technical support for hardware, software, and network issues.
- Install and configure systems and applications.
- Troubleshoot IT problems and resolve issues in a timely manner.
- Document support requests, incidents, and resolutions.
- Collaborate with IT teams to implement upgrades and improvements.
- Ensure compliance with Netherlands' IT regulations and company policies.
- Support audits and internal assessments related to IT operations.
- Deliver training and guidance to staff on IT tools and best practices.
Requirements
Do you have experience in Software troubleshooting?, Do you have a Bachelor's degree?, * Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
- 2-4 years of experience in IT support or technical assistance.
- Strong knowledge of operating systems, networks, and troubleshooting processes.
- Excellent communication skills, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite, IT support tools, and ticketing systems.
- Certifications such as CompTIA, Microsoft, or Cisco are an advantage.
