Job description

We are looking for a Senior Telecommunications Operations Manager who can oversee large-scale telecommunications operations while driving service performance, infrastructure stability, and operational efficiency. This is a leadership role where you will manage technical operations teams, coordinate network improvement strategies, and ensure uninterrupted communication services across multiple business environments. You will play a key role in shaping operational processes while collaborating closely with engineering, IT, and executive leadership teams.

Key Responsibilities:

Telecommunications Operations Management: Oversee daily telecommunications operations including network performance monitoring, infrastructure reliability, vendor coordination, and service delivery management across multiple locations.

Operational Performance: Develop operational strategies that improve service uptime, communication efficiency, and customer satisfaction while reducing downtime and operational risks.

Infrastructure Coordination: Work closely with network engineers, IT infrastructure teams, and external vendors to support upgrades, maintenance schedules, and telecommunications expansion projects.

Compliance and Service Standards: Ensure operational compliance with internal policies, telecommunications regulations, and data protection requirements while maintaining high operational quality standards.

Team Leadership: Lead and mentor telecommunications specialists, operations coordinators, and technical support teams. Conduct operational reviews and support employee development initiatives.

Stakeholder Communication: Present operational updates, performance reports, and infrastructure recommendations to executive leadership and cross-functional business teams in a clear and practical manner.

Requirements

Do you have experience in VoIP?, 7+ years of experience in telecommunications operations, network management, or infrastructure operations, including leadership experience within enterprise or service provider environments.

Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of VoIP systems, cloud communications platforms, WAN and LAN infrastructure, telecommunications compliance standards, operational monitoring systems, and vendor management.

Leadership Skills: You know how to manage operational priorities, lead technical teams, and maintain high service standards in fast-paced business environments.

Communication Skills: Excellent communication and reporting abilities. You can confidently explain technical operational matters to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Problem Solving: You are proactive, analytical, and solutions-oriented. You know how to identify operational risks early and implement practical long-term solutions.

Mindset: You are organized, dependable, and focused on continuous operational improvement while balancing business efficiency with service reliability.
