Job description

  • Design and produce high-quality visual assets for marketing campaigns, digital content, social media, websites, presentations, and promotional materials.
  • Develop on-brand creative content for advertisements, newsletters, events, and social media campaigns.
  • Collaborate with marketing and management teams to create cohesive and engaging visual storytelling across all platforms.
  • Maintain brand consistency across all digital and print materials.
  • Assist with website updates and basic UI/UX design initiatives.

Social Media Management

  • Develop and execute social media strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and community growth, particularly on Instagram and Facebook.
  • Create, schedule, and publish engaging social content aligned with the Spa Castle brand voice and marketing goals.
  • Monitor social media trends, audience behavior, and competitor activity to keep content fresh and relevant.
  • Respond to comments, direct messages, and customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Analyze social media performance using analytics and insights tools, providing recommendations for growth and optimization.
  • Manage and optimize paid social media campaigns to increase reach, traffic, and conversions.
  • Build relationships with influencers, brand partners, and customers to strengthen the online community and brand presence.

Requirements

Do you have experience in Social media content creation?, Do you have a Bachelor's degree?, * Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in graphic design, social media management, or a related field.

  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, Communications, or a related discipline preferred (or equivalent professional experience).
  • Strong portfolio showcasing graphic design and creative content work.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign.
  • Experience managing social media platforms and developing content strategies.
  • Familiarity with social media advertising and analytics tools such as Meta Business Suite, Facebook Insights, and Instagram Analytics.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Creative thinker with a strong understanding of current design and social media trends.
