Duties

• Design and develop new product concepts through to final production designs
• Modify and improve existing products as directed by the Engineering Manager

Follow the published processes and comply with all company policies and procedures., * This is a newly created Refrigeration Design Engineer role which will involve supporting existing refrigeration-based products while also designing and developing new products to expand the company's offering across multiple ranges. The position combines hands-on engineering, system design, and product development within a multidisciplinary environment., * Produce detailed 3D CAD models and fully dimensioned engineering drawings.
• Perform thermodynamic calculations and system simulations to support design decisions.
• Select appropriate components including compressors, heat exchangers, expansion devices, and refrigerants.
• Ensure compliance with relevant standards and regulations (e.g. PED, CE marking, safety requirements).
• Build and test prototypes, analysing system performance, efficiency, and reliability.
