Job description
We're working with Bradford Council who are looking for an Estate Data Coordinator to support a major programme of property and lease data management into their IWMS system.
This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys getting into the detail of data, understands leases/billing, and can bring structure to complex information.
What you'll be doing:
Lease & Billing Data

Review lease agreements and supporting docs to extract key commercial, financial, and date info

Check and reconcile billing data against lease terms
IWMS Data Management

Input and maintain lease, asset, and billing data within the IWMS
-
Ensure data is accurate, structured, and ready for reporting and compliance
Stakeholder Coordination

Work closely with finance, billing, and asset teams
-
Act as a key contact to resolve discrepancies and clarify data

Support teams through the transition into the IWMS
Data Analysis

Pull together data from multiple sources (leases, spreadsheets, finance systems)

Identify gaps, inconsistencies, and risks

Cross-check data to ensure assets, leases, and billing align
Systems & Process Improvement

Consolidate data across different systems into one platform

Help improve data standards, naming conventions, and processes
Documentation & Support

Keep clear records of data assumptions and sources

Explain data findings to non-technical stakeholders
-
Support training and knowledge transfer where needed
Continuous Improvement
- Suggest ways to improve data accuracy, reporting, and processes
Requirements

Experience working with property, estates, or lease data
-
Strong Excel/data handling skills

Experience with IWMS or similar systems (highly desirable)

Comfortable working with multiple data sources and systems

Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills

Confident communicator - able to work with finance and non-technical teams
