IT Administrator

Seeking a highly experienced Lead IT Systems Administrator to own and scale secure enterprise infrastructure in a defense/aerospace engineering environment. This is a hands-on technical leadership role responsible for architecting, securing, automating, and supporting cloud infrastructure, networking, endpoint management, compliance, and enterprise IT operations across AWS GovCloud, Microsoft 365 GCCH, Windows, Linux, and macOS environments. Strong experience implementing and maintaining NIST 800-171, CMMC, IAM, MDM, endpoint security, VPNs, VLANs, firewalls, backup/disaster recovery, and secure networking architectures required. Candidates should have hands-on expertise supporting engineering toolchains, PLM systems, Jira, version control platforms, DevOps environments, and internal AI/LLM infrastructure. Strong scripting and automation experience using PowerShell, Python, or Bash essential. Ideal candidates will have recent experience building and managing secure IT infrastructure within defense, aerospace, government, or high-security engineering organizations.

Pay: $75,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
