Job description
Install, configure, and troubleshoot hardware and software systems at customer sites

Provide technical support and assistance to customers via phone, email, or in person

Diagnose and resolve issues related to operating systems, software applications, and network connectivity

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction and timely resolution of technical issues

Document all service activities, including troubleshooting steps, resolutions, and customer interactions

Conduct training sessions for customers on the proper use and maintenance of equipment
Requirements
Do you have experience in Field service?, Proven experience as a Field Service Engineer or similar role

Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Familiarity with help desk software such as Jira or ServiceNow
-Familiarity with VOIP phone systems, Zoom preferred

Excellent customer service skills with the ability to effectively communicate technical information to non-technical users

Experience with VPN setup and troubleshooting

Knowledge of Mac OS is a plus

Ability to perform software troubleshooting and resolve technical issues independently, * Desktop support: 5 years (Preferred)
- VoIP: 3 years (Preferred)
- Zoom phones: 1 year (Preferred)
- Audio and Video Processing: 2 years (Preferred)
- Field service: 3 years (Required)
