We are looking for mid-career engineers who bring real-world judgment, not just technical skill.
- Strong full stack development experience: Vite, TypeScript, React, Postgres, Lovable, Supabase (and more as we grow). You don't need deep expertise in every tool, but React and TypeScript should be in your toolkit.
- Experience building with AI and ML technologies (LLMs, vector databases, coding agents, etc.)
- Track record of shipping customer-facing products at user-forward, product-led companies. Think Canva, Figma, or similar modern tools, not back-office infrastructure.
- Product thinking and design sensibility.
- Comfort with ambiguity and rapid iteration.

Pay: $130,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year, * 401(k)
