As a Field Support Technician you will play a crucial role in providing Tier 1 onsite technical support, hardware setups and deployments.

This position will be focused on the following:

  • Communicating with clients through phone and email
  • Basic O365 troubleshooting
  • Basic application troubleshooting
  • Basic Active Directory support
  • Windows OS support
  • Mac OS Support
  • Basic computer and peripheral setups
  • Basic onsite hardware installs
  • Basic hardware troubleshooting

Requirements

Do you have experience in Windows?, * Relevant tech experience a plus

  • Proficient written and oral communication
  • Detail oriented
  • Self-starter
  • Customer service experience
  • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks
