What You'll Do
· Create AI agents to enhance company performance.
· Design and develop in-house AI solutions tailored to finance and construction workflows.
· Build, configure, and maintain AI agents to automate repetitive tasks and surface insights.
· Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify high-impact use cases for AI adoption.
· Integrate AI tools with existing systems (ERP, project management platforms, financial software).
· Create and maintain documentation for AI tools, pipelines, and agent configurations.
· Monitor AI system performance, troubleshoot issues, and iterate on improvements.
· Stay current with the rapidly evolving AI landscape and bring forward-thinking ideas to the team.
· Support the rollout and training of AI tools across departments.
Requirements
Do you have experience in Systems integration?, · 1-3 years of experience working with AI/ML tools, platforms, or APIs (e.g., OpenAI, Anthropic, Azure AI, Google Gemini).
· Hands-on experience building or configuring AI agents (e.g., using LangChain, AutoGen, CrewAI, or similar frameworks).
· Solid understanding of prompt engineering and how to coax reliable, structured outputs from large language models.
· Proficiency in Python and/or JavaScript for scripting, automation, and API integrations.
· Familiarity with REST APIs and ability to connect AI tools to third-party platforms.
· Strong analytical thinking and the ability to translate business problems into AI-driven solutions.
· Excellent communication skills - you can explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

· Familiarity with tools like Sage, QuickBooks, or similar industry platforms.
· Knowledge of RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) pipelines and vector databases.
· Experience with workflow automation tools (Zapier, Make, n8n).
· Exposure to data visualization or BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, etc.).
Who You Are
· Genuinely excited about AI - you tinker with new tools on your own time.
· A self-starter who can take a vague problem and turn it into a working prototype.
