Job description
work closely with multidisciplinary project teams to support GIS analysis, mapping, data management, and visualization efforts for a wide range of client projects. Your day-to-day work may include creating maps and dashboards, performing spatial analysis, maintaining datasets and GIS databases, supporting technical problem solving, and preparing project deliverables that help clients make informed decisions.
Your project work will include preparing maps, reports, data summaries, dashboards, and visualizations supporting environmental, planning, engineering, utility, and community-focused projects. You will also collaborate with teammates across multiple disciplines, support project coordination efforts, and continue developing your consulting and communication skills as you grow within the role.
Requirements
Do you have experience in Technical Proficiency?, * 2+ years of GIS experience or equivalent applied coursework/project experience
- Proficiency with Esri products including ArcGIS Pro and ArcGIS Online
- Understanding of GIS data structures and spatial data management
- Ability to analyze spatial data and support technical problem solving
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within project teams

- Local government, utility, environmental, engineering, or planning-related GIS projects
- ArcGIS Online applications such as Experience Builder, Field Maps, or Survey123
- Utility asset management systems or Esri utility data models
- Data visualization or analytical tools such as Tableau, Power BI, Python, SQL, or similar tools
- Consulting or client service environments
