Job description
The IT Support Technician is responsible for providing frontline help desk support to employees across the organization. This role serves as the primary point of contact for technical issues, ensuring timely resolution of support requests while delivering a high level of customer service and minimizing disruption to daily business operations., * Serve as the initial point of contact for all IT-related issues including tickets, emails, and in-person requests
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues such as password resets, account access, Microsoft 365, and end-user hardware concerns
- Log, track, and manage all support requests within the ticketing system
- Ensure timely resolution and consistent communication with end users
- Escalate complex issues to the IT Systems Manager as needed
- Assist with onboarding/offboarding including account setup and equipment deployment
- Configure and maintain laptops, desktops, printers, and peripherals in entra/intune
- Maintain documentation of issues, resolutions, and processes
- Identify recurring issues and recommend improvements
Requirements
Do you have experience in Ticketing system technical support?, * 1-3 years of experience in IT support or help desk environment
- Working knowledge of Microsoft 365 and Windows operating systems
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication, organization, and customer service skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities
- Experience with help desk/ticketing system
- Exposure to IT security practices
- Relevant certifications such as CompTIA A+
