Job description
Will oversee the organization's underlying IT architecture. They bridge the gap between high-level business goals and technical operations by managing enterprise networks, cloud and data center environments, and cybersecurity to ensure maximum system uptime, scalability, and performance.
Core Responsibilities
· Strategic Planning: Develop long-range roadmaps for IT infrastructure and align technical architecture with overarching business objectives.
· Cloud & Operations Management: Oversee hybrid and multi-cloud platforms (e.g., Azure, AWS), on-premises data centers, servers, storage, and virtualization platforms.
· Network & Connectivity: Ensure reliable global network services, including WAN/LAN, SD-WAN, and telecommunications.
· Business Continuity: Architect and maintain disaster recovery (DR) and backup strategies to minimize operational downtime and ensure system resilience.
· Financial Stewardship: Manage infrastructure capital and operating budgets, including cloud FinOps and software licensing., Will oversee the organization's underlying IT architecture. Requirements
· Requires a bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a closely related field.
· 12+ years of progressive IT experience
· 5 years in a supervisory or management role.
· Deep knowledge of networking, enterprise architecture (VMware, Nutanix), cloud platforms (AWS, Azure), and Microsoft 365.
· Familiarity with IT service management (ITIL/ITSM) frameworks and Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) principles.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
· Infrastructure uptime and system availability (meeting 99.99% SLAs).
· Budget variance management and optimization of cloud/hardware spending.
· Incident response times and problem resolution rates.
· Successful completion of infrastructure modernization or data center migration projects on time and within scope., * Requires a bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a closely related field.
