Job description

We are seeking a detail-oriented Process & Project Manager to lead the planning, documentation, and execution of projects across our organization. This role is responsible for documenting current workflows, organizing project tasks, assigning responsibilities, and ensuring successful implementation of new systems and services.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, process-driven, and able to work across teams to deliver projects on time while maintaining clear documentation and accountability., * Train end users on software platforms and services

  • Document current-state ("as-is") processes to establish a baseline for improvement
  • Define and document all tasks required to execute projects
  • Organize project tasks into clear, sequential workflows
  • Assign tasks to appropriate team members based on roles and skill sets
  • Develop documentation and validation steps to ensure task completion
  • Document future-state processes to confirm successful implementation
  • Ensure legacy systems/services are removed and new solutions are fully deployed
  • Create and maintain reporting mechanisms and dashboards for tracking performance
  • Coordinate across departments to ensure project alignment and execution, * Either at our location or our customers location depending on the project requirements.
  • Regular interaction with internal teams and stakeholders
  • Travel is required
  • On-call rotation required

  • Projects delivered on time and within scope
  • Accuracy and completeness of documentation
  • Successful adoption of new systems and processes
  • Clear reporting and visibility into project performance

Requirements

Do you have experience in Technical documentation?, * 2+ years of experience in project management, operations, or process improvement

  • Experience creating process documentation and workflows
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, etc.), * Experience in telecommunications, IT systems, or service-based industries
  • Familiarity with project management tools (Smartsheet, Monday, etc.)
  • Experience with reporting tools or dashboards (Power BI or similar)
  • Experience working cross-functionally with technical and non-technical teams
