Job description
We are seeking an experienced Manager, Power BI & Analytics Solutions to lead the strategy, design, development, and delivery of enterprise business intelligence and analytics solutions. This role requires a combination of leadership and hands-on technical expertise to build scalable analytics frameworks, deliver impactful dashboards, and drive data-informed decision-making across the organization. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in Microsoft Power BI, analytics architecture, data visualization, and stakeholder collaboration, with experience leading BI teams and enterprise reporting initiatives., * Lead the design, development, and deployment of enterprise Power BI dashboards, reports, and analytics solutions.
- Manage, mentor, and guide BI developers, analysts, and visualization specialists.
- Establish and maintain Power BI development standards, governance policies, and visualization best practices.
- Design scalable semantic models, datasets, and reporting architectures for enterprise analytics.
- Analyze complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and actionable business insights.
- Create intuitive, visually compelling dashboards that communicate KPIs and business performance effectively.
- Partner with business stakeholders to gather requirements, define KPIs, and convert business needs into technical analytics solutions.
- Collaborate with data engineering and technical teams to support data integration, transformation, and reporting reliability.
- Oversee dashboard wireframing, prototyping, and user experience design for effective data storytelling.
- Optimize reports for performance, scalability, accessibility, and long-term maintainability.
- Manage project timelines, competing priorities, and analytics deliverables.
- Present insights, recommendations, and solution outcomes to executive leadership and stakeholders.
- Support Power BI administration, including workspace management, deployment pipelines, security controls, governance, and usage monitoring.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Analytics, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in business intelligence, analytics, and data visualization.
- At least 2+ years in a leadership or management role.
- Proven experience leading analytics or BI projects from requirements gathering through deployment.
- Strong experience building enterprise BI solutions and scalable reporting environments.
- Experience working in onsite environments with regular commute capability.
