Senior Data Architect

ElevateIQ is hiring a Data Architect for a long-term W2 contract role with one of our direct clients. This is an immediate requirement offering project stability, visibility, and a chance to lead data initiatives at the enterprise level.

As a Data Architect, you will:

• Design, develop, and optimize scalable data architectures for complex systems
• Lead data modeling, data integration, and end-to-end pipeline strategies
• Define data standards, metadata structures, and governance frameworks
• Work cross-functionally with product, analytics, and engineering teams
• Translate business requirements into technical architecture for enterprise systems

Do you have experience in Schema design?, * 10+ years of experience in data architecture and enterprise data systems

• Strong hands-on expertise in data modeling (conceptual, logical, physical)
• Proficiency in SQL, ETL frameworks, and modern data platforms
• Experience with cloud-based ecosystems (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
• Proven track record in implementing data governance and MDM frameworks

Preferred Qualifications:

• Exposure to big data tools (Spark, Hadoop, Snowflake, etc.)
• Familiarity with real-time data processing (Kafka, Kinesis)
• Experience working on long-term enterprise-scale contracts
