Job description
Pay Range: $60hr - $65hr
- The Agentic AI & Telecom Billing Transformation role will be responsible for designing and delivering AI-driven transformation solutions within telecom Business Support Systems (BSS) and Operations Support Systems (OSS).
- The role focuses on leveraging Agentic AI, machine learning, and telecom domain expertise to modernize billing, customer experience, and end-to-end telecom service operations., * Define and drive Agentic AI strategy and program execution.
- Design end-to-end AI-based architecture and solution frameworks.
- Ensure AI governance, compliance, and risk management across implementations.
- Lead stakeholder engagement and provide strategic direction for telecom transformation initiatives.
- Develop and deploy AI/ML models using Python-based frameworks.
- Build and integrate Generative AI solutions using tools such as LangChain, Hugging Face, and LlamaIndex.
- Develop APIs and web services using Flask, FastAPI, or Django.
- Manage full ML lifecycle including training, evaluation, monitoring, and drift management.
- Implement data pipelines for ingestion, preprocessing, and visualization.
- Work with cloud MLOps platforms for deployment and scaling of AI models.
Should Have:
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines, Docker, Git, and MLOps frameworks.
- Exposure to telecom billing modernization and transformation programs.
- Strong understanding of data visualization tools such as Power BI or Streamlit.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in AI/ML development with strong Python-based solution delivery.
- Strong experience in telecom BSS and OSS domains including fixed, mobile, IoT, and converged services.
- Experience designing end-to-end BSS solutions across sales, marketing, product, finance, and customer care functions.
- Hands-on experience with telecom B/OSS platforms such as Amdocs, Netcracker, Comarch, or Ericsson.
- Strong understanding of TM Forum standards and telecom industry processes.
- Experience in 5G architecture, including network slicing and service enablement concepts.
Experience:
- Experience in AI/ML model development, training, evaluation, and deployment lifecycle.
- Experience in Generative AI and Agentic AI frameworks and tools.
- Experience working with cloud-based AI/ML platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Experience in telecom billing transformation or digital transformation programs.
- Experience in data engineering, including SQL, data preprocessing, and visualization tools., * Strong Python programming skills including NumPy, Pandas, Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, and PyTorch.
- Strong expertise in Generative AI and Agentic AI frameworks.
- Strong knowledge of telecom BSS/OSS systems and architecture.
- Strong API development skills using modern web frameworks.
- Strong cloud AI/ML platform experience (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Strong analytical, design, and problem-solving skills.
Qualification And Education:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or related field.
- Certifications or specialization in AI/ML, Deep Learning, or Generative AI preferred.
