Job description

This position oversees and maintains databases and computer systems that increase the functional productivity and workflow of the Human Resources Department.

The employee will have the responsibility of:

  • Providing system administration for the Human Resources Information System (HRIS) and other related software and systems
  • Providing continuous review and analysis of existing processes and workflows in order to develop strategies for improvement and sustainability.
  • Providing technical support and troubleshooting system errors; works with vendor to resolve issues and works closely with the Information Technology Department.
  • Performing systems audits to ensure data integrity.
  • Acting as HR lead with implementation projects for new functions within existing systems and with new technology projects.
  • Providing training on HRIS system and system functions.
  • Assisting with the creation of standard operating procedures (SOPs), specifications, and workflow to provide direction to end users.
  • Researching, analyzing, and producing special projects on complex issues such as special pay categories, organizational design, and human resource best practices utilizing various analytical methods and preparing written reports and presentations.
  • Gathers user data; Develops and runs reports to track and measure various HR metrics, such as time to hire, turnover, demographics, cost per hire, etc.

Requirements

Do you have a valid Driver's License license?, Do you have experience in HR systems (technically supported)?, Do you have a Bachelor's degree?, * Graduation from an accredited four-year college or university with a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field, and

  • Two (2) years' experience in HRIS Administration, UKG preferred; or
  • Any equivalent combination of relevant education and experience, * Must have a valid Texas driver's license within ninety (90) days of hire
  • Must have a valid driver's license by date-of-hire
