IT Specialist NL

As an IT Specialist, you are the first point of contact for IT support for our employees and ensure the smooth operation of our IT environment. You work on user support, workplace infrastructure and basic system administration within a multi-site environment. You also act as a key liaison between the local organization, the headquarters and our IT service providers. IT Support (Level 1)

• Provide daily IT support to users

• Diagnose and resolve incidents remotely

• Support Windows, Microsoft 365, email and telephony IT Support (Level 2)

• Install and configure IT hardware and equipment

• Troubleshoot workstations, printers, IP telephony and mobile devices System & Network Administration

• Manage user accounts (Active Directory / Azure AD)

• Manage access rights and permissions

• Perform preventive maintenance of local servers IT Deployment & Projects

• Install new equipment across our different sites

• Participate in IT projects within the group

• Maintain and update technical documentation

Do you have experience in Windows?, Do you have a Bachelor's degree?, Autonomie, rigueur et persévérance !

• Dutch, French & English (professional working proficiency)

• Bachelor's degree in IT or equivalent through experience

• 2 to 5 years of experience in a similar position, ideally in a multi-site environment

• Windows 10 / 11

• Microsoft 365

• Active Directory / Azure AD

• Basic networking knowledge (VLAN, VPN, Wi-Fi)

• Remote support / remote access tools Personal qualities

• Service-oriented and solution-driven

• Strong communication and training skills

• Reactive and team-oriented

• Well organized and able to work autonomously
