Job description
Euroflorist is one of Europe's leading online florists, operating several brands across 10 markets in 8 languages. Bloomreach is at the centre of our CRM transformation, and we're looking for a CRM & MarTech Specialist to take ownership of it as a platform - developing its functionality, maintaining the data foundations the team depends on, and expanding what it can do for us. If you're someone who gets curious about data models and integration logic, and wants to go deeper than day-to-day platform use, this role is for you.
The Role
The CRM team is already running journeys and campaigns across our markets. What we need is the technical expert who makes the whole operation smarter - someone who understands the platform inside out, works with our tech organisation to improve data flows and integrations, identifies where we're underusing Bloomreach, and implements new capabilities as we grow. Alongside the platform work, you'll own CRM operations for a couple of markets or brands, keeping you close to real customer outcomes. There's real scope to deepen your expertise and take on increasing ownership as the platform and team develop.
What You'll Be Doing
Platform Development & Data
- Develop and configure Bloomreach - managing data structures, expanding functionality, and ensuring the platform supports the team's needs
- Own and maintain the customer data model, keeping data clean, correctly structured, and usable for segmentation and personalisation
- Work with the tech team to improve integrations, data flows, and event tracking
- Identify where we're underusing the platform and implement new features and capabilities
- Support the team with technical problem-solving and contribute to documentation that helps everyone operate more efficiently
Market & Brand CRM
- Own day-to-day CRM operations for a couple of assigned markets or brands
- Execute campaign activity in Bloomreach, ensuring correct targeting, timing, and quality
- Analyse performance and feed learnings back to the wider team
Requirements
Do you have experience in HTML?, We're looking for someone with hands-on experience of marketing platforms and customer data - and the technical curiosity to go deeper. How you think matters more than where you studied.
- Experience with a marketing automation or CRM platform - Bloomreach is a bonus; Emarsys, Klaviyo, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Braze, or similar all count
- An interest in data models, customer data structures, and how platforms ingest and use data
- Comfort with Jinja2, HTML for email, or similar templating and logic
- A structured, analytical mindset - methodical about investigating problems and implementing solutions
- Clear communication across technical and non-technical colleagues
- Able to work independently and manage your own priorities in a small team
Bonus points for experience with APIs or data pipelines in a marketing context, email deliverability, e-commerce or multi-market environments, or personalisation and recommendation logic., * Do you have experience with a marketing automation or CRM platform - Bloomreach is a bonus; Emarsys, Klaviyo, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Braze, or similar?
