Job description

A leading enterprise organization is looking for a Data Platform Administrator to take ownership of a live, high-impact environment. This is a hands-on hybrid role where you'll be the backbone of the platform - keeping data flowing, fixing issues fast, and making sure nothing slips through the cracks.

You'll be on call, stepping into real-time issues, re-establishing broken connections, and working closely with data engineers to keep everything running smoothly in a DevSecOps-driven environment.

What you'll be doing:

  • Owning and supporting the Microsoft Fabric and Azure Synapse platforms (pipelines, Lakehouse, data warehouse, integrations)
  • Troubleshooting failed pipelines, performance issues, and broken integrations
  • Acting as a first responder for incidents (including after-hours support)
  • Reconnecting data sources and restoring critical workflows
  • Partnering with data engineers to support and optimize data solutions
  • Driving DevSecOps best practices using Azure DevOps
  • Managing deployments, environments, and access controls
  • Improving platform reliability, monitoring, and automation

Requirements

  • Experience with Microsoft Fabric (or strong Azure data platform background)
  • Hands-on troubleshooting in production environments
  • Azure DevOps and CI/CD experience
  • Solid understanding of DevSecOps principles
