Job description

  • Supporting the delivery of advanced 3rd level technical support;
  • Supporting fault diagnosis activities using IT and Data Management Services tools;
  • Supporting supervision and execution of infrastructure maintenance.

Requirements

Do you have experience in VMware?, * Having at least 3 years of experience in specified areas;

  • Holding COMPTIA A+ certification (or equivalent);
  • Having proficiency in implementing and maintaining VMware 6 infrastructures.

Desirable:

  • Having working knowledge of Microsoft Deployment Toolkit (MDT);
  • Having working knowledge of Microsoft RDS services;
  • Having working knowledge of McAfee ePolicy Orchestrator (v5.1.3+).
