Job description
As IT Operations Lead, you'll work closely with the CIO and serve as the operational anchor of our IT environment. This is not a tradicional service desk role. It is coordinating and hands-on-where-it-counts position for someone who wants to build, not maintain.
The duties to be performed are as follows:

Manage the operational relationship with our Managed Service Provider.

Own day-to-day administration of Microsoft 365, Entra ID, and Intune across roughly 150 users and 170 endpoints.

Coordinate with our Microsoft 365 / Azure partner on cloud workloads.

Oversee identity and access - MFA, Conditional Access, access reviews, onboarding and offboarding.

Build the documentation that doesn't yet exist: network diagrams, asset registers, RBAC matrices, runbooks, vendor SOPs.

Act as internal escalation point for IT operational matters.

Work with the CIO on strategic projects and the longer-term roadmap.
Requirements
Do you have experience in RBAC?, * 5+ years of experience in IT operations, infrastructure, or systems administration.

Strong working knowledge of Microsoft 365, Entra ID, and Intune.

Experience with on-premises Active Directory in a hybrid environment.

Experience working with or at an external IT service provider.

A genuine appreciation for documentation - you have produced diagrams, runbooks, or asset registers and can show examples.

Fluent Spanish and English (both essential).

A builder's mindset: you prefer shaping environments to maintaining them.
Nice to have

Experience in pharma, biotech, or other regulated industries.

Exposure to Microsoft Defender XDR.

Veeam Backup & Replication.

Experience in a company building or rebuilding its IT function.
