Data Analyst

We're now looking for a Data Analyst to join one of our most strategic areas: Proposition Management, working at the intersection of technology, data, and business. Please note this is a temporary position to cover a long-term medical leave, with the duration flexible depending on the employee's return.

Your mission

This role sits within our Proposition team. This area ensures we have a strong pipeline of innovative products and services and defines new products and services for the company.

In practice, you will:

• Define and track KPIs for new products and services from early stages
• Partner with Product, BI & Tech teams to build data models and dashboards
• Monitor product performance and lead KPI follow-ups
• Deliver deep-dive analysis to support strategic product decisions
• Transform large datasets into actionable insights and recommendations
• Support business cases and scenario analysis for growth initiatives
• Drive reporting and presentations for senior stakeholders

In this role, you will operate with a high level of autonomy and collaborate with stakeholders across the entire organization - from Product and Business to Technology and BI.

Do you have experience in SQL?, * Solid experience in data analysis, reporting, and data modelling

• Strong knowledge of SQL, Power BI, and data visualisation
• Ability to work hands-on with data and translate it into business insights
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to present to senior stakeholders
• Structured but able to see the bigger strategic picture
• Entrepreneurial and committed, with a strong hands-on approach
• Good understanding and passion about technology
• Proficiency in English; other languages are a plus.
