Job description
- Support the company with various systems and applications, ensuring flawless operations.
- Take responsibility for the user transfer project between Microsoft 365 environments, including ensuring the accurate migration of all user data.
- Manage and maintain Microsoft-based workstations, laptops, and servers.
- Provide outstanding customer service and technical support to internal teams.
- Implement and coordinate security measures to protect company data.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues promptly to minimize downtime.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to successfully implement IT projects.
- Maintain and update IT documentation for systems and processes.
- Monitor system performance and determine areas for improvement.
- Conduct regular system audits and ensure strict compliance with IT policies.
Requirements
- More than 5 years of experience working with Microsoft Office 365 software and its administration.
- Over 5 years of experience working with Windows Active Directory and Azure environments.
- Over 3 years of experience managing Microsoft Intune.
- Proven experience with user migration in Office 365 and Azure.
- Experience with SaaS applications and Single Sign-On (SSO) solutions.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a proven customer service attitude.
- Fast learner who is organized, responsible, dynamic, and motivated.
- Proficiency in English with excellent communication skills.
- Ability to manage projects, work by deadlines, and prioritize tasks.
- Great teammate who thrives in collaborative environments.
