Senior Product Designer (Client : Design Agency) - Permanent H/F

We're looking for a well-rounded Senior Product Designer who can own the full product design lifecycle from early discovery through post-launch iteration.

You're equally comfortable leading user research, crafting high-fidelity UI, and contributing to strategic workshops. You operate with strong autonomy, a high bar for craft, and the ability to adapt your methods to the problem at hand.

Product design

• End-to-end product ownership: exploration, design, and post-launch iteration.
• Expert-level Figma skills - workflows, wireframes, high-fidelity prototypes, micro-interactions.
• Active participation in co-creation workshops and product rituals.
• Contribution to a consistent Design System and overall experience coherence.

User research

• Define and apply UX research methodologies: scoping, discussion guides, research plans.
• Conduct user interviews, moderated and unmoderated usability tests.
• Synthesise findings and communicate insights clearly to cross-functional teams.

Do you have experience in User research?, * +6 years of confirmed experience as a Senior Product Designer.

• A dual background in product and agency environments is a strong plus.
• Exposure to diverse sectors and project typologies.
• A solid portfolio showing: project diversity, analytical depth, UX/UI execution quality, and clear storytelling.
• Important : Fluent English - for presentations, collaboration, and documentation.
